Naperville’s Music Box

Created in the winter of 2025 by Freightwood Creative Production, led by artist Maddie Peterson and Tony Award-nominated designer Joshua Carr, this installation creates an immersive environment that celebrates the spirit of the city—inviting residents and visitors alike to pause, play, and reimagine an overlooked breezeway space as a destination for creativity and community.

This temporary interactive art installation is displayed in downtown Naperville within the Main Place breezeway, between the Apple and Sephora stores, on the south side of Jefferson Street.
